Turning a chaotic onboarding process into a guided portal
The business was onboarding new clients manually, with scattered emails, manual payment follow-ups, and no clear view of who was stuck where in the process.
A custom WordPress/PHP/MySQL platform with a step-based onboarding flow, dynamic AJAX forms (JavaScript & jQuery) that save progress as clients fill them in, FastSpring payment integration, and custom database tables storing order reference, invoice URL, and user data. A backend dashboard tracks every client's progress at a glance.
Clients now complete onboarding in a guided sequence instead of email back-and-forth, manual operations dropped sharply, and the team can see exactly where every client stands without asking around.
From Figma design to a booking-ready charter site
The client had a polished Figma/PSD design for a yacht charter brand but no working website, and needed the visual quality of the design to survive the move to a real, functioning site.
A WordPress site converted pixel-for-pixel from the Figma/PSD files, with custom service pages for each charter type and booking/contact forms, optimized for page speed, SEO, and mobile viewing.
The brand now has a live, fast-loading site that matches the original design exactly, with a clear path for visitors to enquire about a charter.
Building a platform that turns visitors into qualified leads
The agency needed a way to capture and organize leads from their marketing efforts, and to give agents visibility into their own performance.
A web app with lead capture forms, CRM integration so leads flow directly into the sales pipeline, an agent performance dashboard, and landing pages built specifically to convert.
Leads now flow automatically into the CRM instead of being tracked manually, and agents can see their own performance without waiting on a report.

I'm a full-stack WordPress and Next.js developer based in Pakistan, working flexible hours so I can overlap with clients wherever they are in the world. I specialise in turning Figma and PSD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive sites, with custom WordPress theme and plugin development, WooCommerce, and SEO work handled properly, not bolted on afterward.
I'm currently working with agencies in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, building sites and platforms for real clients. Three of those projects are the case studies above. Over 4+ years I've shipped 35+ projects, from small business brochure sites to custom WooCommerce stores, Next.js web apps, and n8n/HubSpot automation workflows, backed by a Computer Science background and a habit of over-communicating rather than under-communicating with clients I can't meet in person.
