Yes: typically a portion upfront before work begins, with the remainder due at agreed milestones or on delivery. Exact terms are confirmed in writing before the project starts.

No: hosting and domain registration are billed directly to you by your provider of choice, so you always retain full ownership and control of your site.
Yes. Edits, redesigns, and fixes to an existing site are quoted separately from new builds. Send over what you have and what you'd like changed, and I'll give you a straight estimate.
